Mark’s experience in Supply Chain leadership spans 40 years. In that time, he has led teams in sales, customer service, logistics, distribution, global trade operations & compliance, procurement, sustainability, supplier diversity, supply chain training, and supply chain strategy.

Mark has served 24 years with CSCMP including Chairman of the Board, and today is the President and CEO.  He also serves as Chairman St Louis University Center of Supply Chain Excellence, and Northwestern University NUTC Business Advisory Council board member, and has served as global board member for WEConnect International, consistent with his belief in the value diversity brings to the supply chain. He facilitates supply chain policy development at the EU & US Federal level, teaches executive courses at the university level, is broadly published in numerous supply chain & business media, and speaks at conferences worldwide. In 2018, Mark was inducted into the prestigious DC Velocity Rainmakers.

Dr. Terry L. Esper currently serves as Chair of the Board of CSCMP, as well as a Fulbright Distinguished Scholar at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland.  Esper’s research and supply chain insights have been published in most major supply chain academic journals and premier business press outlets, including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, BBC World News, Bloomberg, and CNBC.

Last 6 years provides consulting services for European and Ukrainian iron & steel companies in green steel & decarbonisation issues, supply chains, CAPEX policy, market analysis.
Stanislav Zinchenko has 15-year experience in consulting – realized more than 50 projects in supply chain, greenfield distribution and logistics centres, optimize production and logistics in Ukraine and Caucasus. For the last 4 years, he has been actively engaged in research and consulting on green policy and sustainable development, including the development of sustainable supply chains.

Viktoriya Kobzar has 18+ years solid background in supply chain management of FMCG industry (demand planning, transportation, warehousing operations, customs procedures, customer service, productivity logistics projects).

Proven expertise in implementing of supply network optimization projects (logistics centers set-up redesigning, cross-docking hubs establishing), mergers and acquisitions projects.

Starting form 2016, she has delivered sustainable and efficient business results in complex and crisis environments (12 countries Including Ukraine, Caucasus and Central Asia) through using different multi-model transportation routes, trans-border shipments. Passionate about Agile culture and logistics staff capability development.

Born in Rome 43 years ago. After scientific studies, I moved to Turin to join the Iveco Group. Starting a career path that led me to work in the supply chain from the very beginning. Within the group in 14 years I have held different roles in both design and operations in Italy, Spain and Germany, up to the current role in Supply Chain.

During these years, I have learned well what problems usually arise in this context, how to deal with them.

Mind flexibility is the fundamental skill for working in the supply chain because 'no matter how much you plan and try to regulate and standardize the entire process, there will always be new challenges to be grasped and taken to satisfy customers.

Meet prof. dr. Bram Desmet, CEO of Solventure, where Integrated Value Planning is the name of the game. This supply chain trailblazer also doubles as a professor of operations & supply chain at the prestigious Vlerick Business School in Belgium and drops knowledge bombs as a guest lecturer at Peking University. Off the clock, he dives deeper into his love for supply chain, gearing up to launch his third book by summer 2024.

Luca is an Assistant Professor at the University of Groningen, a Senior Researcher at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences (both in the Netherlands) and the Academic Director of the SCF Community, an international foundation connecting universities that work on the field of SCF. In this role, he oversees the Community’s research projects, international network and publication strategy. His research focuses on the integration of operations and supply chain management with finance, as well as studying application and adoption of emerging technologies across global supply chains. His teaching interests include purchasing, supply chain management, financial analysis and Supply Chain Finance. He holds a Ph.D. with merit from the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano (Italy), on the topic of measuring the financial performance of supply chains. While working for the School of Management, he directed the School’s permanent research program on Supply Chain Finance.

Having built an intricate network in the transport and logistics space, Maria Lacalle leads logistic sector growth at Lune. Prior to her move into climate, she launched the Spanish market at Ovrsea (Groupe Bolloré, a multimodal logistics operator based in Paris), developed business at Group ADP and consulted for Deloitte Digital. Maria also holds an Executive Master’s in “Supply Chain & Logistics”. Lastly, she was recently selected as a Board member at CSCMP for the Spain Roundtable, and most recently spoke at Fitac Colombia, Vivatech Paris, and was also featured in Maritime SheEO as one of the next generation of women leaders in maritime. 

Igino Colella is a professional with more than 25 years of experience, gained in corporate (Nestlé, Riso Gallo, Carrefour)  and consultancy (Atos, Bocconi, Achieve Global, IES) jobs.

Functional areas: Supply Chain, Sales, Change Management, with competencies in leading digital transformation and human resources development.

Industries of expertise: CPG, Retail, Health Care and Financial Institutions.

Speaker in conferences and thought leader, he contributes to several professional magazines.

Suzanne specializes in international trade regulations, trade compliance and its impact on global supply chains.   She actively consults for companies on developing and executing global trade compliance frameworks while harmonizing a company’s approach to managing compliance across their enterprise. Suzanne’ speaks frequently at trade conferences due to her ability to distill and make understandable complex rules.  She has authored 14 books on global trade and written articles for major supply chain publications.

Jim is the Distinguished University Professor and Director of the Monica Wooden Center for Supply Chain Management & Sustainability at the University of South Florida—Tampa.  He is a recipient of the CSCMP Distinguished Service Award, and an internationally-recognised expert in supply chain sustainability and reverse logistics.

Alina is overseeing business operations across eight countries in Northern and East-Central Europe, with major markets in Poland, Sweden, and Finland. With nearly 20 years of experience in the shipping industry, Alina has held various leadership positions throughout her career, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and innovation in the field. Alina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Gdansk University of Technology. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she co-hosts the personal development channel on the ETA.FM podcast, where she shares her insights and expertise.

Passionate senior executive with a long-proven track record in maritime, transport and logistics industry. Has been responsible for major projects that have changed the landscape of the logistics in Poland and CEE: 

- Development of DCT Gdansk strategic vision and execution of commercial and business development strategy, which has made DCT Gdansk the largest container hub in Baltics and one of the largest in Europe. 

- Introduction of first direct call into the Baltics with largest container vessels (AE10 service). 

- Deployment of first shipping line intermodal services in Poland (AMBER and BALTIC EXPRESS)

Sebastian Sołtys, at the beginning of his professional career at LPP, was responsible for the implementation of the project of construction and automation of the Group's first distribution center. In the following years, he served as the director of supply chain management and foreign logistics of LPP.

Sebastian is a seasoned supply chain executive who focuses on ocean freight. He's started a couple of digital ventures and advocates for the industry's common sustainability development goals.
